Grape(s): A blend of all the apples from our property.
Method: Some of the apples were fermented whole in juice then crushed and pressed after two week. The cider then fermented to dryness in stainless steel.
Aging: In stainless steel until bottling
Bottled: End of May 2022
Soil type: Gipskeuper
Sulfur: This cider had 10mg sulfur added at bottling.
