Vintage: 2022

Grape(s): Schwarzriesling (aka Pinot Meunier)

Vinification: The grapes were destemmed, and macerated for 10 days on the skins with very gentle punchdowns once a day to keep the cap wet without breaking it.

Aging: 11 months in used oak, one oval halb-Stück of 700L, one 500L and one 225L.

Bottled: 25th of August 2023

Soil type: Gipskeuper

Age of vines: This vineyard was planted in 1995

Sulfur: All of our wines had a microdose of sulfur pre-bottling, and analyses came back under 20mg total.
